2.1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes

3.2 to 3 tbsp of mayonnaise

4.3 boiled eggs

5.1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro or coriander

6.2 big slices of bread

  1. Take 3 boiled eggs and remove the shells and seperate the yolks from the whites.

2. Then add the egg yolks in a bowl, Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup of finely chopped of tomatoes, 1/4 cup of finely chopped of cilantro leaves and 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
