1.1/4 portion of a big pumpkin

2.1 medium sized onion

3.2 cloves of garlic

1.Take a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of oil

2.Add one medium sized finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic

3.Sautee it for 2 minutes

4.Add your chopped pumpkin pieces 1/2 tbsp of pepper and salt. Sautee it for 2 minutes

5.Add 2 cups of water and allow it to cook for 15 minutes

6.Then cool it down, transfer it to a blender and blend it well

7.Transfer it into a bowl and enjoy your soup
