Easy tomato pasta recipe

Made with just pasta, ripe tomatoes (canned or fresh), garlic, olive oil, and a hint of seasoning, it takes minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor. Here is a simple tomato pasta recipe.
Materials needed
A frying pan
A blender
A vessel

Ingredients
4 onions finely chopped
4 pieces of garlic finely chopped
6 medium sized tomatoes
half cup of pasta
a handful of coriander leaves or basil leaves
6 big cashews soaked for 20 minutes
Easy Tomato pasta recipe
- Take a vessel and fill it with 5 cups of water. Add some salt and once its boiled well, add the pasta. And let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Next, Take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Then add the chopped onions and cook it for a few minutes. Add some 1/2 tbsp of chilli flakes as well.

3.Then add chopped garlic and cook it for a few minutes

4.Then add the chopped tomatoes to the frying pan and cook it until the tomatoes turn mushy. While the tomatoes are cooking, 1/2 tablespoon of salt. You can add more if you prefer.

5. You can then transfer it to a blender. You can add the soaked cashews to the blender. Cashews help to give thick consistency. You can also skip this and blend it well until it has turned to a paste.

6. Once it’s blended well. Transfer it to the frying pan and let it boil well. You can add the cooked pasta into it.

7. You can then check the salt, spice levels and add the amount of salt and spice you’d prefer.

8. Then add the cooked pasta and mix it well. Finally season it with basil or coriander leaves. I personally love to season my pasta with coriander leaves.

9. You can enjoy your delicious pasta.
