Vegetable pasta is a nutrient filled comfort food. Gently sauté your favourite veggies, add the seasoning and finally add in your cooked pasta can create a dish that is wholesome and healthy. Ingredients
1.3 pieces of onions
2.3 pieces of garlic
3.1/2 cup of corn kernels
4.1 medium sized carrot
5.1 medium sized capsicum
6.1 cup of pasta
Vegetable pasta recipe
1.Take a bowl add some salt and boil 1 cup of pasta for 12 to 15 minutes. Once its boiled drain the water and set it aside.
2.Take a deep frying pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Next add the finely chopped onions and garlic to the frying pan. Cook it for 2 minutes.

3.Then add the finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cook it for 5 minutes.

4.Then add the corn kernels and cook it. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper.

5.Once its cooked well. Mix your pasta and add the mixed herbs, pepper and some salt as your preference.

6. Enjoy your pasta
