Vegetable pasta

  • 1 Frying bowl
  • 1 Normal bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces of chopped garlic
  • 3 pieces of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of corn kernels
  • 1 medium sized capsicum
  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • 1 cup of pasta

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl add some salt and boil 1 cup of pasta for 12 to 15 minutes. Once its boiled drain the water and set it aside.
  • Take a deep frying pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Next add the finely chopped onions and garlic to the frying pan. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the corn kernels and cook it. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper.
  • Once its cooked well. Mix your pasta and add the mixed herbs, pepper and some salt as your preference.
  • Enjoy your pasta
