Ingredients needed

  1. 1 medium sized capsicum
  2. 1 medium sized carrot
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1/2 part of big onion
  5. 7 cloves of garlic
  6. 1/4th part of a medium sized cabbage
  7. 2 cups of cooked rice

1.Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp of oil add the eggs and scramble them slightly. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper and mix it.

2.Dont overcook them. Once they are scrambled set it aside.

3.Then add your chopped onions and garlic and cook them till they are slightly golden brown

4.Then add the carrots and cabbage and sautee it for 3 to 4 minutes

5.Then add the capsicum pieces and sautee it for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 tbsp of salt and mix it well
