Instructions
Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp of oil add the eggs and scramble them slightly. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper and mix it.
Don't overcook them. Once they are scrambled set it aside.
Then add your chopped onions and garlic and cook them till they are slightly golden brown

Then add the capsicum pieces and sautee it for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 tbsp of salt and mix it well
You can also add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and mix it well
Then add the cooked rice and mix it well
Finally add the eggs in the top and enjoy your fried rice.
