egg fried rice recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 medium size capsicum
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 piece of a big onion
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ part of a medium sized cabbage
  • 2 cups of cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp of oil add the eggs and scramble them slightly. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper and mix it.
  • Don't overcook them. Once they are scrambled set it aside.
  • Then add your chopped onions and garlic and cook them till they are slightly golden brown

  • Then add the capsicum pieces and sautee it for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 tbsp of salt and mix it well
  • You can also add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and mix it well
  • Then add the cooked rice and mix it well
  • Finally add the eggs in the top and enjoy your fried rice.
