Ingredients needed
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1/4 cup of fried gram
1 chilli
1/2 tbsp of salt

Coconut chutney recipe
- Take a blender and add 1/4 cup fried gram, chilli, half cup of grated coconut. Then add 1/2 tbsp of salt.

2. Blend it well. Then add water little by little and blend it well until it gets blended well.

The chutney shouldn’t be too watery or too solid.
3. Once it is in the right consistency you can check the salt levels before transfering it to a bowl.

4. Then take a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of oil add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 5 to 6 curry leaves. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.

5. Once its cooked add it to your coconut chutney bowl and mix it. You can then serve your chutney.
