Ingredients needed

1.1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots

2.1/2 cup of finely chopped french beans

3.1/4 cup of finely chopped onions

4.1/4 cup of shallots

5.3 cups of water

6.2 tbsp of corn flour

  1. Take a deep frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Then add the finely chopped onions.

2. Next add 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of finely chopped french beans and cook it for 3 minutes.

3.Then add 1/4 cup of finely chopped spring onions and cook it for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Mix it well

4. Next add 3 cups of water and 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper. Allow it to boil well in low flame

5. Then take a bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk it well.

6.Pour it into a frying bowl and mix it.
