  • 1 deep frying pan
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped french beans
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped small onions
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped shallots
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp of corn flour
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Take a deep frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Then add the finely chopped onions.
  • Next add 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of finely chopped french beans and cook it for 3 minutes.
  • Then add 1/4 cup of finely chopped spring onions and cook it for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Mix it well
  • Next add 3 cups of water and 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper. Allow it to boil well in low flame
  • Then take a bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk it well.
  • Pour it into a frying bowl and mix it.
  • Then take a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of corn flower 2 tbsp of water.
  • Mix it well pour the liquid into the frying bowl.
  • Keep the soup in low flame for 3 minutes. Then switch off the flame and serve your soup.
