Banana cake recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup of jaggery or powdered brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of ghee or cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender add 2 chopped bananas and 3/4 cup of jaggery and blend it well
  • Transfer it to a bowl
  • Next add 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp of baking soda and baking powder Mix it well.
  • Then add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and mix it
  • Then add 1/4 cup of ghee or cooking oil
  • Add 1/4 cup of milk
  • Mix it well
  • Then add the chopped cashews and chocolate pieces
  • Take a cake mould, place a parchment paper and add some oil. Then pour the batter into the mould.
  • Preheat the oven and cook the cake for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Once its cooked remove the parchment paper and cut your cake into small pieces.
  • Enjoy your cake
