Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 Egg beater or Whisk
  • Oven or pressure cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 gms Butter
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 or 3/4 cup jaggery or powdered white sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 6 pieces of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 10 to 15 pieces of cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add 3 eggs , 100gms of butter. Use an egg beater or a whisk to mix it well. You can also melt the butter before adding it to your mix.
  • Next, add 1 cup of jaggery or powdered sugar and mix it well.
  • Then add 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
  • Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and mix it well.
  • Next add the finely chopped dark chocolate pieces and mix it well
  • Take a mould, use a parchment paper on the mould, and grease it with oil.
  • Then pour the batter and top it with chopped nuts and chocolate pieces.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F. Then place the batter inside the oven and allow it to cook for 30 minutes.
  • If you are using a pressure cooker, Take a pressure cooker fill it in the bottom with salt. Then place a stand. Preheat it for 15 minutes, then place the mould with your batter on the stand. Close the cooker with lid. Remove the gasket and whistle.Allow it to cook for 30 minutes.
  • Use a toothpick to check if its cooked well.
  • Once its cooked transfer it to a plate and enjoy your brownie.
