Instructions
Take a single apple peel of its skin and cut it into small pieces
Next boil the apple pieces in a hot water for few minutes until they turn mushy
Once they have turned mushy, you can drain the water and transfer it into a blender
Next take some dark chocolate pieces and melt then using the double boiler method
Once the dark chocolate is melted, you can transfer it into a blender and blend it well.
Then transfer it into a glass tumbler and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hrs.
Once its refrigerated you can keep it outside for 15 minutes and enjoy your chocolate mousse.
You can also garnish it with chopped nuts or cocoa powder before enjoying your mousse.
