Take a big bowl and add 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of pasta some salt, and boil it for 10 minutes. Once its boiled, you can drain the water and set the pasta aside.
Next take a big bowl and add your cooked pasta
Next, add 1 cup of boiled corn kernels, 1 cup of finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions and 1/4 cup of coriander leaves.
Then add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp of salt and pepper.
Mix your pasta well and set it aside it for half an hour. The flavours will be mixed and you can enjoy your pasta.
