Corn Salad recipe

Materials

  • 1 cup boiled or canned corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add 1 cup of boiled corn kernels, 1 cup of finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions and 1/2 cup cilantro or coriander leaves.
  • Mix it well.
  • Next add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper. You can add more salt and pepper if you'd like. Then add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  • Give it another good mix and serve your salad.
