Take a bowl, add 1 cup of boiled corn kernels, 1 cup of finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions and 1/2 cup cilantro or coriander leaves.
Mix it well.
Next add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper. You can add more salt and pepper if you'd like. Then add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
