Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil it. Add your noodles and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Once its boiled, drain the water and set it aside.
Then take a frying bowl and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add 3 eggs, and fry them until it gets cooked.
Once your eggs are cooked, set it aside.
Then add 1/2 cup of finely chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot and 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum.
Fry it for 5 to 6 minutes. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper.
Once its fryed, you can add 1tbsp of soysauce and chilli sauce. Mix it well
Then add your noodles and mix it well. You can add more spices. Then add some salt and pepper based on your preferences.
