Egg noodles with vegetables

Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of noodles
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum
  • 3 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil it. Add your noodles and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Once its boiled, drain the water and set it aside.
  • Then take a frying bowl and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add 3 eggs, and fry them until it gets cooked.
  • Once your eggs are cooked, set it aside.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of finely chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot and 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum.
  • Fry it for 5 to 6 minutes. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt and pepper.
  • Once its fryed, you can add 1tbsp of soysauce and chilli sauce. Mix it well
  • Then add your noodles and mix it well. You can add more spices. Then add some salt and pepper based on your preferences.
  • Finally add your cooked eggs in the top.
  • Enjoy your noodles
