Take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil, 3 pieces of finely chopped onions 2 pieces of finely chopped garlic and sautee it lighty
Then add the finely chopped carrot pieces and 2 tbsp of corn kernels and sautee it lightly. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
Then take a blender and add 2tbsp of corn kernels. Add 1 tbsp of water and blend it until you get a corn slurry.
Add the corn slurry to the cooked vegetables. and mix it well.
Add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil well, until the veggies get cooked.
Take a small bowl and add one and a half tbsp of corn flour. Add 2tbsp of water and mix it. Then pour it into the soup.
Add 1/4 t bsp of salt and pepper. You can add more or less salt and pepper based on your preferences. Once its cooked you can top it with chopped coriander leaves.
