Take a bowl add your chicken pieces and wash it before marinating with 1/2 tbsp of salt, pepper and paprika.
Marinate it for 30 minutes
Once you have marinated it, take a frying pan add 1tbsp of oil and fry it for 10 minutes.
Once its grilled set it aside
Take a bowl add your chicken pieces, corn kernels , chopped onions and tomatoes
I prefer to sautee my veggies before adding them to my salad. You can also add your veggies directy to the salad too. Add corn kernels,bell pepper and shredded carrot. Gently sautee it
Then add these veggies to your salad. Then add 1 tbsp of salt and pepper.
Then add 2tbsp of mayo, 2tbsp of lemon juice to your salad and mix it well.
Allow the flavour to blend into your salad before serving it.
